In her current position as the "Customer Service Representative Specialist," Christine Hagerty joined America's Insurance Agency in July 2008. She graduated from Trumbull Business College, with a degree in Accounting as well as Business.Christine serves as a direct point of contact for AIA clients. She is responsible for ensuring that our clients receive an adequate level of service or help with their questions and concerns. Christine maintains solid client relationships by handling AIA client questions and concerns with speed and professionalism.
As the "Customer Service Representative Specialist," Christine also can make changes or updates to a client's profile or account information. She also will keep records of transactions and update and maintain databases of information.
