As your insurance professionals, we try hard to make sure you have the policy that fits you best. Many things can happen from year to year that can affect your policy. You may have built an addition to your home, or had a little addition to your family. This was the year to replace the old jalopy with a new car. There are lots of changes that can affect your insurance, and The Agent, and The Agent Insurance Services, tries to anticipate your needs before your policy automatically renews each year. You can look forward to a call from one of our friendly customer service agents approximately one month before your insurance is set to renew. At this time, we will ask you for any possible changes you may have need for in your policy. We will also take a second to get you up to date on any new or exciting programs that may have come to our agency during your last 12 months as a client, such as our client referral program we offer. If you know your policy is up for renewal in fewer than 4 weeks, give us a call to review your policy and make sure we continue the policy that fits you best.
